Diploma in Business; Administration or similar
Drivers License; Own Transport

Duties:

Switchboard and front office management

Assisting management and country manager – personal assistant duties

Managing boardrooms and meeting rooms

Ordering of lunches, stationery

Assist HR and Finance departments
Ad hoc duties as requested
