SUMMARY:
Are you a professional, organised, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering excellent service? Number Two Piggeries (Pty) Ltd is looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our head office team in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain the reception area and manage office supplies
• Provide administrative support to the team as required
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and other office duties

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric)
• At least 5 years’ proven experience in a receptionist or administration role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Friendly and approachable with a customer-focused attitude
