SUMMARY:
Our client based in Diep River, Cape Town, is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Matric qualification, 2 – 4 years’ experience as a receptionist and/or administrator, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to remain well-spoken and organized at all times are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
2 – 4 years of experience as a receptionist
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communications skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

DUTIES:

Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments (including data entry, filing, and document handling)
Manage meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for meetings
Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary
Assist with staff communications and general office coordination
Assist with processing online orders
Capture online orders accurately and efficiently

HOURS:

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
