SUMMARY:
Receptionist required for the hospitality sector
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our organisation. The ideal candidate must be service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
Managing reservations, confirmations, and guest enquiries
Handling telephone, email, and walk-in queries professionally
Coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate guest records and handling payments
Resolving guest concerns with care and efficiency

Requirements:

Local citizen
Hospitality diploma
Previous experience in a hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and warm, approachable manner
Strong administrative and organisational skills
PMS experience - Apex advantageous
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
