SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for a Receptionist in the Guarding Division based in Durban Office.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:â¯â¯â¯

POSITION INFO:

Monitor the entrances at all times;
Receiving of all visitors and deliveries;
Management and maintenance of the reception area;
Manage switchboard and answering of phones;
Personnel management proficiency;
Maintain good line of communication between staff and clients;
Admin duties

â¯Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:â¯â¯â¯

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Relevant experience as a Receptionist/Front office clerk
Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing)
Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills
Excellent client liaison and administration skills
MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word)
Must be punctual and presentable at all times
Clean disciplinary, criminal record
