POSITION INFO:
A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Reception \/ Administration BASIC SALARY : Market Related. START DATE : A.S.A.P REQUIREMENTS: Must be a neat, well-presented individual. Previous administration and\/or reception experience is required. Must be computer literate. DUTIES: Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming telephone calls. Taking and relaying accurate messages when necessary. Managing the reception area to ensure it is neat and presentable at all times. Scheduling and managing appointments and meeting bookings. Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and deliveries. Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks. Maintaining visitor logs and issuing visitor access where required. Handling basic inquiries from clients and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Ensuring office stationery and basic supplies are monitored and replenished when needed.
