About the role A well-established alternative energy supplier is seeking a committed and technically minded Receptionist for their Nelspruit branch. The role includes reception, administration, basic sales support, and learning product specifications for generators, solar pumps, panels, and inverters. Minimum requirements Qualifications & Experience Matric Exemption (minimum) 5 years' experience in Reception, Administration and\/or Sales (preferred) Strong computer literacy (MS Office) Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in English & Afrikaans (written and spoken) Skills & Personality Traits Committed, dedicated, enthusiastic, friendly Strong team player Technically minded with willingness to learn product specifications Ability to handle disputes constructively Professional customer service approach Key responsibilities Answer incoming calls timeously and professionally Assist customers and maintain a high standard of service Ensure all orders are paid in full before collection Collaborate with other branches and departments Process customer queries and orders with Accounts & Operations Complete all documentation related to sales Assist with scheduling appointments, calls, and meetings Manage petty cash for the branch Handle invoicing, delivery notes, EFT and credit card payments Maintain the branch cash book Monitor, order, check and receive stationery Maintain price lists and brochures in reception Perform monthly stock takes Develop and maintain an organized filing system Ensure alarm\/panic button functionality Opening and closing the branch when required Produce reports and statistics when requested Comply with company policies and procedures Working hours Mon-Thu: 08:00 - 16:30 Fri: 08:00 - 14:30 Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: Closed No after-hours work required Benefits 18 days annual leave Compulsory leave during December shutdown 100% Medical Aid payment for primary member (after probation; package limits apply) 6% Provident Fund contribution (after probation) 3-month probation period How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only .
