JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a receptionist for their branch.

This person must be quick and efficient with Outlook

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments
Keep registers and do admin work in this regard
Be the PA to the directors
Assist in the branch in other areas if needed
Filling of documentation
Meeting and greeting guests/customers

Requirements:

Own Transport
Grade 12 Certificate
Some reception experience will count in your favour
