Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in a similar role;

Preferably living within a 20km radius from Montague Gardens;

Own reliable transport and valid drivers license;

Preferably a non- smoker with sober habits;

Excellent communication and listening skills;

Assertive and reliable.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Managing a busy switchboard;

Assisting walk in clients;

Dealing with couriers;

Assisting with general tasks around the office from the various departments;

Printing, scanning and filing of documents;

Ordering of stationary.
