Dealership Receptionist - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
Our client in the automotive industry, is looking for a well-spoken, well-presentable Dealership Receptionist.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

Answering of switchboard – first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees and clients
Managing reception email address and distributing information to the correct departments
Receive guest and clients
Arrange beverages for all meetings/appointments
Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments & lunches as required
Assist with daily communication to sales and admin departments
Stationary & cartridge orders and reconciling of weekly and monthly payments and reporting to financial department
Assisting with general admin duties

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent would be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Computer literate
Friendly and not shy
