Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Matric

Requirements

3 Years' experience in operating a switchboard and doing office administration
Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transport and willing to work flexi hours
Previous experience on Sage One Accounting preferred

Duties

Operating and answering very busy 7 line for a practice in Ireland
Scheduling appointments
Writing letters and sending via email
Data capture on Sage One Accounting
Debtors, raising invoices and sending to client, following up on payments, allocating against bank statement
Creditors, capturing supplier invoices, allocating against bank statement
Preparing Vat return submission
Processing payments including wages and salaries when required
