Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Our client, in the Citrus Industry, is seeking a Receptionist  /Administration Assistant to join their company based in Kirkwood (Eastern Cape).

Note : Must be residing in the Addo/Kirkwood.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:

• A Diploma in Business Management will be beneficial.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in key performance areas listed.
• Experience in a Packhouse environment will be an advantage.
• Experience in Packhouse logistics will be an advantage.
• Experience in exporting of citrus will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English to a high standard (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Able to contribute positively to the team, helping with various tasks as required, accurate, deadline driven and work under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Has good interpersonal communication and language skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Valid code EB driver’s license and own transport.
• Must be residing in the Addo/Kirkwood.

• Attitude to take initiative.
• Comfortable in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
• Punctual with disciplined attendance history.
• Presentable.

Responsibilities:

• Client liaison (in person, telephonically and via email).
• Performing comprehensive administrative duties.
• Typing reports and compiling PowerPoint slides.
• Maintain the general office filing system.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Diary management.
• Preparing meeting rooms.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
• Receive deliveries.
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
