Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our client in Hennopspark, Centurion. 

Role Overview
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and well-organised individual to manage our reception area and provide broad administrative support to our Office Manager and Head Office team. As the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, this role plays a key part in shaping the professional image of our organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Manage the switchboard and route calls appropriately
• Act as a liaison and support for public relations matters (‘PRO’)
• Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and other departments
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
• Organise bookings and reservations (flights, accommodation, transport)
• Order office supplies and maintain stationery inventory
• Perform filing, photocopying, and general clerical tasks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English

• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Skilled at managing confidential information
