Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and screening for senior manager
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
Keep reception area tidy and presentable
Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as accounts and invoicing or GRV's
Matric
Own vehicle due to location of the business
