Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? A luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Cape Town’s City Bowl is seeking a refined and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Conduct efficient check-outs, ensuring all details are handled professionally.
Handle booking enquiries and manage reservations with accuracy and professionalism.
Support the breakfast setup and assist with serving, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Address guest inquiries promptly and provide excellent service throughout their stay.
Maintain a high standard of hospitality, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
Ability to multitask and assist with reception duties, breakfast service, and reservation management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused approach.
