JOB SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available to take on a 6 month contract position which requires your confident handling of a busy switchboard?
We need an individual who is exceptionally well groomed, vibrant personality, strong administration reception and administration skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic energetic environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Previous experience managing a busy Reception Desk and Switchboard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to handle pressure
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Team player

DUTIES:
Answering switchboard in a professional manner
Receiving and welcoming clients/visitors confidently
Arranging refreshments for clients/visitors
Flight, accommodation, car rental and travel related bookings
Co-ordinating and booking meetings and meeting rooms
Ordering stationary
Processing of purchase orders
Ad hoc administration functions
Maintaining a neat and tidy Reception area

Salary: R dependent on experience
