Receptionist / Practice Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist / Practice Administrator to join our well-established practice in Irene, Centurion. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a service-oriented mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties including filing, answering calls, booking appointments, and taking payments
• Professionally assisting patients and vendors
• Receiving deliveries and assisting with sourcing and purchasing practice supplies
• Managing stock, including organizing and stock taking
• Hosting and welcoming clients, ensuring they feel comfortable (including offering refreshments)
• Providing patients with information about services offered at the practice
• Assisting with general day-to-day practice duties
• Attending training and learning new skills for professional development

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, or waitering will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, reliable, and professional
• Client-focused with excellent organizational skills
