POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Receptionist\/Sales Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional customer service over the counter, telephone, and email Handle internal sales inquiries and order processing. Accurately capture and manage data using computer systems Assist with stock control and inventory management. Work collaboratively with our team to support sales and administrative functions. Form part of new business strategy, finding and contacting prospects. Requirements: Previous experience in internal sales or a similar customer service role. Strong computer skills and data capture experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
