Our client based in Ixopo is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin Clerk.
The responsibilities would be:
- Reception (Assisting walk in clients/operating switchboard).
- Handling general email queries.
- Marketing available products and overseeing the sales area.
- Developing a customer database & promoting customer relation.
- Providing excellent, efficient, friendly service to our clients.
- POS & Credit card sales, cashing up and reporting to the Accounts Manager.
Requirements:
- A suitable qualification & experience would be advantageous.
- The candidate must speak excellent English and Zulu or isiXhosa.
- The candidate must be proficient on a computer.
