POSITION INFO:
Mature, professional and well-presented Receptionist & Social Media Marketing Administrator required. Must have 2+ years’ receptionist experience , excellent communication and strong organisational skills. A keen eye for design, branding, social media and marketing is essential, with strong computer literacy. Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport essential , along with a confident, client-focused approach. Minimum Requirements Matric Certificate – essential. Proof of qualification will be required. Applications without Matric will not be considered. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist role. Previous experience in social media, marketing or content creation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with email, telephone\/PABX, photocopier and scanning systems. Valid driver’s licence & own reliable transport is essential. Willingness to assist with occasional business errands. Professional and presentable appearance. Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic Excel. Experience using a PABX and standard office equipment. Social media and\/or marketing experience is essential. A good eye for design, branding and visual presentation. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
