POSITION INFO:

Are you meticulous, analytical, and passionate about financial accuracy? Our client is recruiting a Reconciliation & Investigations Officer to join a critical risk and reconciliation division.

Key Responsibilities

Verify cash bag transactions and settlement flagging
Import and reconcile bank statements
Investigate discrepancies and resolve exceptions
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
Conduct device decoding and site-based investigations
Compile detailed investigation and incident reports

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in reconciliation, investigations, or financial operations is advantageous
Matric required; Degree preferred
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
