A leading land based operator is expanding portfolios and they have exciting opportunities in their brand new iGaming venture. They have an amazing new career opportunity for a Reconciliation Clerk to join their in Johannesburg. If you have extensive Financial Reconciliation and Settlement experience, this job could be perfect for you!

Your key job responsibilities as the Reconciliation Clerk in Johannesburg will include:

Liaising with both receivers and collectors for clarification on recon & settlement discrepancies
Assist Sales department with relevant financial and transactional reports as required.
Attend Daily Operational Meeting to discuss issues currently affecting the business
Review and sign all Manual Payment requisitions
Implementing processes to streamline the department to achieve the following:
Daily reconciliation of all prepaid electricity receivers and collectors
Daily reconciliation of all bill payment receivers and collectors
Daily reconciliation for airtime for third party collectors and suppliers
Daily reconciliation of the website and mobile app for all transactions
Checking of cash books on a weekly basis for import
Reconciliation back to the bank statements for receivers and collectors
Management of claims for receivers and collectors
Liaising with both receivers and collectors for clarification on recon & settlement discrepancies
Monitor and reassign all work requests, logged via PGS, to the relevant team members

Requirements for this Reconciliation Clerk job in Johannesburg:

Matric
Relevant course, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Accounting
Financial Reconciliation and Settlement
5 years related experience.
Business Analyst Background (Advantageous)
Experience in the gaming industry preferred
