Who We Want to Meet: Recruiters with a proven 3 year+ track record, specifically in the Labour Brokerage \/ TES sector. Recruiters who understand local government compliance and municipal placement processes. Recruiters preferably living near our Parow \/ N1 City Mall operational offices. Core Responsibilities: Rapid candidate sourcing - build and maintain active talent pools of Operational, Operational Supervision, Artisan, Technical, Administrative, Secretarial and library staff using databases, job boards, Community outreach to fill sudden vacancies and\/or seasonal spikes. Screening and Evaluation -Conduct high -volume verifications in partnership with approved verification service providers, pre-assessments, in-person interviews and competency testing and scoring. Client Needs Analysis - Meet client pre-determined requirements Deployment and Logistics - Ensure assignees receive precise assignment details by working in tandem with the in-house Area Site Reps. Talent Pipeline Management - Maintain and organise databases of available candidates who can be rapidly deployed. Compliance and Administration - Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to Labour Legislation.
