POSITION INFO:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Talent Hunting – Source, screen, and place highly skilled IT & SAP professionals.
• Business Development – Land new clients, grow relationships, and be a rainmaker in the IT recruitment space.
• Tech-Savvy Matching – Identify, interview, and place the right candidates in the right roles.
• Client Engagement – Meet, negotiate, and onboard new clients like a pro.
• Data-Driven Success – Keep candidate & client info up to date using Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment systems.
• Process Management – Handle end-to-end recruitment, reference checks, salary negotiations, and contract conditions.

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience (SAP knowledge? Even better!)
• Proven track record in securing new business and smashing targets.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience working with Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other systems.
• Confident, persuasive, and exceptional in written & verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle (you’ll be meeting clients & making things happen!)
