Recruiter UK healthcare (GP''s and doctors) - Cape Town - R500 000 per Annum + up to R2mil commission pa uncapped – payable quarterly

Commercial finance advisory (asset finance, invoice finance and loan products) and Recruitment Group (Doctors into NHS and private and commercial recruiters in the commercial space) in the UK, seeks a Recruiter (or team of) that specialises in identifying, qualifying and onboarding GP''s and doctors. The ideal person will have worked with healthcare people previously and can speak the language of doctors and ideally worked in recruitment before for min 3yrs, specialising in Medical Staff, specifically GP''s and doctors. The role will be targeted towards onboarding doctors, and then when they are onboarded, they will go to the recruiter in the UK who will place them. We are looking for a commission driven individual, young, hungry, dynamic, target driven. Ideally, start this team in Jan 2022. You will be based in CT, servicing the UK HO.
