My freight client is seeking a suitable candidate who can fulfill the following:

Acquisition and retention of talents process, the implementation and consistent application of recruitment, on boarding and training processes, periodic processes review, create and implement retention strategies etc.

Matric & relevant tertiary qualification, freight forwarding background an advantage.
