Currently, Greys Recruitment has a permanent vacancy for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Cape Town branch based in Parow North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with experience in the Recruitment Industry and Candidate sourcing, to join our team.

Duties include:
  • Sourcing of temporary and permanent candidates in accordance with client job specifications and consultant requests.
  • Maintaining and building the candidate database.
  • Searching the database, job boards and CV applications for suitable candidates.
  • Post jobs ads onto company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals and job boards.
  • Applicant screening calls.
  • Arrange candidate interviews, criminal check, etc.
  • Passing on leads to consultants (through CV screening)
  • Preparing CV’s and processing of candidate’s applications.
  • Reference checking all shortlisted candidates prior to submission of CV’s to clients.
  • General administration.

Minimum Requirements:
  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills.
  • Report writing skills
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • A clear criminal and credit record.
