POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration functions
  • Loading of adverts on various portals
  • Sourcing for suitable candidates and understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Setting up appointment for the Account Manager
  • References checks on candidadates
  • Check data accuracy 
  • Respond to all online, email and telephonic enquiries

 

Key Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Must be well organized, be fast and effective and able to handle a high pressurized environment
  • Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport
