JOB SUMMARY:
Recruitment Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inherent requirements:

Matric
3 years'' administration experience or experience in office administration
Good communication skills
Computer literate (MS Office)

Preferred requirements and skills:

Recruitment experience
Relationship building skills
Attention to detail
Highly organized

Duties and responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for all walk-in candidates and address any contract queries i.e., indemnities
Set up all necessary appointments for new recruits
Interview candidates and determine their communication skills / proficiency
Perform reference, qualification and criminal clearance checks on all candidates
Administer the AHASA test to candidates
Assist with the compilation as well as review of candidate registration pack
Verify and ensure Basic Life Support (BLS) qualification / compliance
Perform verfication of SANC registration
Ensure the Hepatitis compliance of candidates
Ensure INDWE compliace of candidates
Accurate loading of suitable candidates onto Medzone
Submit candidates file to supervisor for authorization / sign off once completed
Complete the HPCSA registration for all Doctors
Complete the HPCSA registration for all Pharmacists
Place adverts for temp staff (nurses)
Assist new staff with completion of onboarding documents
Contact staff (temp/perm) for outstanding documents
Setting up interviews for perm staff

8h30 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday)
