As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and managing education professionals for UK-based roles. You will be responsible for the full candidate journey—from initial contact to placement—ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers, TAs, therapists, psychologists, etc.)

Maintain strong, supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment process

Manage job adverts, monitor applications, and conduct CV shortlisting

Conduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standards

Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talent

Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database

Deliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placement
About You

Previous experience in UK education recruitment is essential
