POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and career aspirations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing personalized support and guidance.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience is a plus but not mandatory
