POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development by building and maintaining client relationships.
Source and secure high-calibre candidates within niche and scarce skills markets.
Proactively identify opportunities and expand market share.
Negotiate and manage commercial terms with clients.
Conduct thorough, structured candidate interviews and assessments.
Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
Manage the full 360 recruitment process.

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Business or related field.
Minimum of two years’ sales experience, including cold calling.
Demonstrated track record of delivering results and achieving goals.
Highly driven, goal-orientated, and committed to continuous growth and development.
Computer skills: MS Office Suite
