Recruitment Consultant

POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a great candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Hiring Managers

• Understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategies.

• Support with job descriptions and interview planning.

2. Talent Sourcing & Advertising

• Create engaging job ads and post across multiple platforms.

• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools.

3. Candidate Screening & Interviews

• Review CVs and conduct initial interviews.

• Present shortlists and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

4. Offer & Onboarding Support

• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-onboarding communication.

• Ensure a smooth handover to the HR team.

Additional Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

• Promote the employer brand through recruitment marketing.

• Track and report on key hiring metrics.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)

• 4+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management experience

• Solid knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices
