POSITION INFO:
In this role you will:

Build and manage client relationships by delivering trusted recruitment solutions.
Source, interview, and match top talent to specialist opportunities.
Manage the full 360° recruitment process—from business development to successful placements.
Identify opportunities to grow your client portfolio and expand market share.
Consistently hit and exceed sales targets in a results-driven environment.

What we expect from you:

A relevant tertiary qualification (Business or similar).
A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, with proven cold-calling ability.
A successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
A self-starter with resilience, drive, and passion for growth.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
