We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our brand presence, driving business growth, and connecting top talent with leading organisations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source, assess, and engage with high-calibre candidates in specialist and scarce skills markets.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless client and candidate experience.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and deliver on business commitments.
• Consistently meet performance targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience, including cold calling.
• Strong track record of consistent achievement in previous roles.
• Commercially astute with excellent business development skills.
• Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
