Your Role:

Drive new business development through proactive client engagement and networking.
Manage the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing offers and placements.
Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.
Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets.
Act as a trusted recruitment partner and industry expert within your niche.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or specialist environment).
Proven ability to generate business and close placements.
Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or related fields is advantageous.
