Your Role

• Drive new business through networking, relationship-building, and market insights.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency or specialist recruitment environment.
• Proven track record of business development and successful placements.
