What You’ll Do:

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships.
• Manage the complete recruitment and sales cycle — from prospecting to placement.
• Source, interview, and match high-performing professionals to key roles.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently achieve (and exceed) set targets.
• Build trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates through expert advice and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or recruitment environment (agency experience a plus).
• A proven record of winning business and closing deals.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous).
• A resilient, ambitious mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and influence.
