What You’ll Do:

Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client relationships.
Manage the complete recruitment and sales cycle — from prospecting to placement.
Source, interview, and match high-performing professionals to key roles.
Negotiate offers, close deals, and consistently achieve (and exceed) set targets.
Build trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates through expert advice and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or recruitment environment (agency experience a plus).
A proven record of winning business and closing deals.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (advantageous).
A resilient, ambitious mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and influence.
