What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from business development and client acquisition to successful placements.
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust, insight, and value.
Growing your own market and network, driving revenue while creating meaningful professional connections.
Acting as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on market trends, talent strategies, and workforce solutions.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team targets in a results-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or specialist environment).
A proven record of business development and placement success.
Strong commercial sense and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
Driven, competitive, and resilient — with a passion for connecting people and creating impact.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (advantageous).
