About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and shaping professional futures. Your core responsibilities will include:

Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
Generating new business and developing your own client portfolio
Building long-term, strategic relationships with candidates and clients
Providing market insights, advisory support, and industry expertise
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly performance targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or specialist)
Strong business development capability
Demonstrated success in achieving sales and performance targets
Excellent communication skills, resilience, confidence, and a competitive mindset
A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
