What You’ll Do:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering quality talent solutions
Source, screen, and interview top candidates across multiple channels
Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Consistently achieve targets and contribute to team success

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Confident communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
A results-driven mindset with resilience and enthusiasm
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
