POSITION INFO:

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to operate as a trusted advisor in the market, combining business development, relationship management, and strategic recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of your desk and be accountable for driving both revenue and long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:

Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to successful placement
Developing and managing a sustainable client base through proactive business development
Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre candidates
Delivering market intelligence and consultative insights to clients
Achieving and exceeding clearly defined performance targets

What You Bring

At least 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or specialist environment)
Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a competitive, professional mindset
Relevant tertiary qualification (beneficial but not essential)
