POSITION INFO:

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will run your own market and operate as a commercial partner to both clients and candidates. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role suited to individuals who take ownership, think strategically, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Building and growing a strong client portfolio through new business development
Identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent
Providing clients with market insights and recruitment advice
Driving consistent results against clear performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or specialist)
Strong business development and client management capability
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Excellent communication skills, resilience, and commercial mindset
Relevant qualification advantageous, but not essential
