POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Getting Into
You’ll take full ownership of your space—developing your niche, understanding your clients inside out, and delivering talent that truly fits. From sourcing top candidates to securing new business and managing accounts, you’ll be involved in every step of the process.
Your day-to-day will include:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Building strong, lasting client and candidate relationships
Sourcing and matching high-quality talent to client needs
Managing the recruitment process from first contact to placement
Handling negotiations and ensuring a smooth hiring experience
Establishing yourself as a go-to specialist in your market

Experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales
