Job description Maintain and service existing client database Expand client base - new business development, canvassing new clients Continuous follow-up and relationship building Establish a network of contacts Secure client service level agreements Understand client environments, company culture and resource requirements Data crunching, research and analysis Strong time management and ability to work under pressure - strong sense of urgency and TARGET DRIVEN Compile and advertise positions on various platforms Screen and match candidates to client requirements, interviews, verifications and checks - full recruitment life cycle (in service training will be provided) General administration (above average reading and typing skills) Requirements Minimum Matric. Tertiary Qualification highly recommended Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, must be prepared to work office based during office hours (NOT negotiable) A proven track record of at least 3+ years in external sales essential, preferably in the services sector.
