As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate at the intersection of
sales, people and business.
You'll become an expert in your chosen market, develop relationships with senior professionals and decision-makers, identify business opportunities and connect exceptional talent with leading organisations.
You'll be responsible for your own
client relationships, candidate network and revenue pipeline.

POSITION INFO:
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, make outbound calls and build relationships with prospective clients. Client Management Develop long-term partnerships with businesses and become their trusted recruitment advisor. Market Development Build your own network, understand your industry and establish yourself as a specialist within your niche. Talent Acquisition Source, headhunt and interview professionals who match your clients' requirements. Negotiation & Closing Manage offers, negotiate with clients and candidates, and drive opportunities through to successful placement. 360° Recruitment Own the process from winning the client through to placing the candidate .
