SUMMARY:
At ADVTECH Resourcing our aim is to develop and train talented high achieving individuals to become elite specialist recruiters with deep industry expertise. This role will award you to be part of a JSE listed company with a reputation in the industry to produce some of the best recruiters in the South African market.

POSITION INFO:

Equipping you with efficient training to gain best training in skillset, knowledge, and guidance to be the best that you can be as a specialist recruiter. With a result driven culture, you will be awarded and compensated for every placement made together with weekly and monthly incentives to allow you to generate more income for yourself above your basic salary.

As the successful candidate your roles and responsibilities will include:

Client acquisition and business development
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
Market research
Interviewing candidates
Negotiating fees with clients
Client proposals and presentations
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma
4– 6 years sales or recruitment experience
Achievements
Proven sales track record from previous experience
