POSITION INFO:

Be part of the top recruitment company that has proven award-winning achievements and niche specialist professions to have a footprint in this global competitive environment specifically in the Finance industry. This will be an exciting, challenging and well diversified role for someone that is analytical, great multi-tasker, can work under pressure with great negotiation skills to close off deals with the biggest corporate companies in the world.

As the selected candidate you will be required to:

Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives.
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships.
Evaluating current business performance and maximising business reach and potential
Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment industry.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Demonstrated business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business.
Demonstrated service orientation.
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection
General accepted conduct (individual and team)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree
2-4 years Sales experience
Finance recruitment experience will be advantageous.
Proven track record
