South Africa’s specialist recruitment company is seeking to expand our teams with a hardworking, target, driven and income driven individual for our Finance industry. This opportunity will groom you into a specialist Recruitment Consultant with a core focus on external recruitment. You will receive specialist inhouse training for our finance niche. Ensuring that you are equipped with the best knowledge and skillset to be the best recruiter in finance whilst generating income on top of your basic salary based on every placement made.

As a recruitment consultant your duties would include:

• Client acquisition and business development
• Meeting revenue targets
• Candidate attraction
• Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Market research
• Interviewing candidates
• Negotiating fees with clients
• Client proposals and presentations
• Building up a talent pool of candidates
•  

Requirements:

• Completed Diploma/Degree
• 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment
• Proven track record
